Hi! Thanks for checking out Page Street Fit (PSF). Originally started as a way for friends to connect through fitness during the COVID-19 pandemic, PSF has grown into a flourishing fitness & social community of 100+ members. Every week, we host three (3) of our signature workout classes, Monday and Wednesday on Page Street between Lyon & Baker and Fridays in the Panhandle, at the hardscape intersecting with Ashbury Street. Beyond our classes, we host numerous member led events, including PSF Run Club, PSF Cycling Club and PSF Hiking Club and our Friday Hot Girl Walk™. There’s typically something for everyone on any given day of the week.

Our signature workout classes (attendance average = 25–30) are typically separated into two sections for a total of one hour:

  • Accessory: This is most commonly a barbell lift of some kind i.e. back squat, front squat, dead lift, bench press, push press, etc.
  • WOD (Workout of the Day): This is typically a circuit workout designed to get your heart rate up, lasting anywhere from 12–30 minutes of work. These circuits feature anywhere from 2–5 different movements and are done in the street. Thankful for the Slow Street Program 🙏!

The PSF community (~100+ & growing!) is wonderfully diverse and our participants come from all walks of life, parts of the city, and a variety of skill / experience levels. As such, we make sure we can provide scalable movement options for everyone. We manage all communications, attendance and scheduling via Heylo.

Finally, we have been logging our workouts since October 2021 (see AirTable gallery below). Aaron and I develop all the workout programming ourselves and would love to know what you think or if you find any of these ideas helpful.

Interested in joining? Shoot us an email at pagestreetfit [at] gmail [dot] com. Can’t wait to connect 😄.
